Senior Outside Sales - California, New Jersey, Nevada, Colorado, New York, Arizona, Hawaii, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Oregon, Washington

We are seeking experienced outside sales professionals to further establish a strong sales presence for our products and services in above states. This position will be responsible for all facets of residential &/or commercial photovoltaic (PV) systems sales including performing sales presentations for property owners, facility managers, CFO’s and CEO’s; customer prospecting; generating quotes; leading hand-off to projects personnel; accessing available rebates and incentives; and creating, reporting, and meeting sales goals. 

In addition, this person will serve as liaison to commercial and political organizations, attend trade shows and conferences, and give interviews to local and state press.

Candidates must have excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, good organizational skills, a strong understanding of pricing strategies and technical concepts, and fluency with Excel and Word. Candidates must also be comfortable in a fast-paced environment where prompt customer response is critical, be able to work independently, and have a proven track record in sales spanning at least 6 years. 

In addition to strong sales background requirements, a BS in a technical area, experience with energy related products and/or systems, and competency with PowerPoint are preferred. An interest in solar is also highly desirable. Please include cover letter with resume.
