After completing graduate school, he moved to California and started working for Los Angeles office of Bechtel Corporation, an engineering and construction Management Company and became manager of automation on Bechtel’s Disney-MGM Studios Theme Parks projects in Paris. 

While at Bechtel, studying the complexity of the management of nuclear reactor power plants to create electricity in U.S. and in Europe convinced him that to produce safe, clean and enduring energy, solar power is one of the best alternatives. This conviction was further confirmed after he was assigned to a joint U.S. and Europe energy producing project with Italian power corporation Enel and EDF of France.

He started his own company; Mehr US Corp. and his interest in alternative, sustainable clean energy lead him to be part of a spin-off company dedicated to solar energy. Dr. Mehrfar is an associate &/or board member of the following Professional Societies

Dr. Mehrfar is the author of many articles and has been interviewed by Local, national and international TVs and Radios on cultural and environmental issues including CNN international for his role as the chairman of a United Nations sponsored global event sponsored by UNESCO, a report of which, can be found on Harvard University, Pluralism project. 

Dr. Mehrfar holds the California General Building Contractor license, Energy Management Systems (EMS) certificate and Primavera Management certificate.

Carol David is Company's controller. Carol has over twenty years of public accounting and industry experience. Her industry experience includes her role as Assistant Controller for Lennar’s land development division, one of the nation’s leading homebuilder. She also served as an Assistant Controller for CB Richard Ellis’ property management division, the global leader in real estate services.

Carol is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California. She has her Bachelor’s degree from Holy Angel University, Angeles City, Philippines where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She also obtained CPA licensure in the Philippines.

Carol is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of CPA’s.

Charles Barsam is Corporate counsel.  Charles has been practicing law for 28 years and is experienced in due diligence and contract review with business acquisitions, specializing in transaction closings. Most recently he has focused on deal structures with investors and various businesses in different industries ranging from small businesses to large corporations..

Charles has extensive trial experience, having successfully litigated before virtually all courts and arbitration tribunals in California. In addition, he has served as an arbitrator on a variety of businesses disputes referred to him by the Orange County Superior Court.

He served as a Director and Western Development Chairman of the Armenian Assembly of America, and was founder and first President of the Orange County Armenian Professional Society. Mr. Barsam served as a Director of the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Orange County and is presently on the Board of Directors of the Armenian Eye care Project.

Charles received a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from UCLA and obtained a Jurist Doctorate from Hastings College of Law.
